Swati Sahasrabudhe is presently associated with Department of Landscape Architecture, BNCA as an Associate Professor and as Head of Department. She has been one of the key members in framing the syllabus of the course right from its inception stage.Swati Sahasrabudhe, is presently associated with BNCA as an Associate Professor with Post Graduate Course in Landscape Architecture. She completed her Masters in Landscape Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. After working with Senior Landscape Architect Ravindra Bhan in New Delhi, she got opportunity to work with Association for Metropolitan Development Authorities (AMDA) for Delhi Master Plan 2021. She has been in the field of Landscape Architecture for the past 13 years, doing consulting work for various national and state level organizations.  A GATE scholarship top ranker, a merit holder at Bachelor Level and a Gold Medalist at Masters Level , she is presently  teaching and practicing Landscape Architecture. Involved in various academic activities since last 11 years, she actively participates in the work of Indian Society of Landscape Architects – ISOLA as a member. She structures and conducts studios and academic sessions for Landscape Design studio, dissertation,research paper and landscape management at post graduate level. She conceptualizes and conducts workshops on Design Thinking.  Currently pursuing Ph.D. under BNCA- research Center , Savitribai Phule  Pune University. Her research interests focus on design thinking and design knowledge in Landscape Architecture, and exploring an interface for integrating landscape design with cultural landscape studies.
