Site Visits
Imparting quality education at BNCA is not only restricted to the closed walls of classrooms but embed within a student's practical experience of various design and construction techniques to impart hands-on experience to the BNCA students. This practice is followed and preached constantly at our institute through regular site visits and by giving students hands-on experiments to experience and learn from. Building construction techniques workshops like 'Bamboo in construction', or 'Arches, Vaults and Dome construction', or 'Designing with and from scrap', all form a part of this very mentoring method of teaching and learning at BNCA.
With the world constantly updating itself, we too need to keep pace with this ever changing style and technological advancement in design. They are many facets of technology and design along with experts working in these areas of interest. 'reinforcement with bamboo', 'plastering methods and techniques', brick masonry , applications of ferro-cement etc. along with site visits to landmark buildings as case studies viz: hospitals, hotels, institute etc. formulate a base study for students which facilitates them in application of their theoretical learning in practical scenario.
