Mr. Prakash Gole
Prakash Gole is a renowned economist and ecologist in Pune and heads an organization called the ecological society. Under this organization, he has developed and is imparting training and education to students in the field of ecological planning. He is interacting with our post graduate students for Resource Economics.
Ar. S. L. Kolhatkar
S. L. Kolhatkar has been a force in Pune that has driven quantification and valuation of climate responsive measures in building design. Himself a director of Sustainable Design Program at Bharati Vidyapeeth, he is interacting with our post graduate students on the subjects of Building Physics and Sustainable Design principles.
Dr. V. S. Patankar
Dr. Patankar is an educator and known for his extensive study and teaching of Quantitative Research Methods in Social Sciences. He has a teaching experience of more than 25 years and is interacting with our post graduate students for this topic.
Adv. Gouri Joshi
Gouri Joshi is a lawyer and has specialized in 'Environmental Management and Law' during her post graduation. She is a practicing lawyer and is active in developing and hosting law awareness events and programs in Maharashtra. Gouri is interacting with our post graduate students for the subject of Environmental Law, Legislation, Policies and Programs.
Dr. Abhijit Khandge
Abhijit Khandge is a professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems - GIS and has the background of geography. He is associated with MITCON, a pioneering institute for developing GIS training programs. Abhijit Khandge is interacting with our post graduate students to build the software skills for GIS and Remote Sensing.
Ar. Zigisha Mhaskar
Zigisha Mhaskar is an Environmental Planner from School of Planning, Centre for Environmental Planning- CEPT, Ahmadabad. She has an extensive consulting experience and has been associated with development of Pune's Eco Housing Policy. She has developed her research on sustainable building materials and technologies and is interacting with our post graduate students for this subject.
Ar. Girish Doshi
Girish Doshi is a renowned practicing architect in Pune and is working with designs, materials and technologies geared towards promoting sustainability in architecture. He is interacting with our post graduate students on sustainable building design and is providing his valuable inputs to development of environmentally sensitive building design.
Ar. Sunil Bhosale
Sunil Bhosale is a post graduate in Environmental Design from UK and has an extensive experience in the field of real estate development in Pune. He is currently interacting with our post graduate students on the subject of Environmental Design.
Guest Faculty
Apart from a strong core and regular visiting faculty for M. Arch. in Environmental Architecture, we also have developed a strong panel of guest faculty, which interacts with the students on a periodic basis.
Dr. Prasad Modak
An authority figure in the field of Environmental Management, Dr. Prasad Modak is a teacher and a consultant operating in Pune and Mumbai. He has extensive teaching experience at Indian Institute of Technology -IIT, Mumbai and is a consultant to various international organizations. With an M. Tech. and PhD in Environmental Engineering and Management, Dr. Prasad Modak is a great motivator in developing research amongst students.
Mr. Mandar Parasnis
Mandar Parasnis is an independent consultant in the field of Environmental Management. With an M. Tech. in Environmental Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology -IIT, Mumbai, he has worked in Asian Productivity Organization -APO, in Japan for the last 6 years. He has worked extensively in training of Environmental managers.
Ar. Sharad Mahajan
Sharad Mahajan is a practicing Architect and Planner and is closely associated with the issue of Slum Rehabilitation and Affordable housing for the poor in Maharashtra. He has developed many research papers on slums in Pune and is currently working on promoting housing schemes that aim towards alleviating the housing issue for urban poor.
Ar. Pratima Raykar
Pratima Raykar has completed her post graduation in Environmental Planning from Centre for Environmental Planning - CEPT, Ahmadabad, with a focus on Remote Sensing and GIS expertise. She is working in Mumbai as a consultant and is developing GIS Training modules.
