Eligibility and Admission Procedure for B. Arch. and B. Arch. ID
Course Name: Bachelor of Architecture - B.Arch.
Intake: 80
Duration: 5 Years Full time
Recognition: Recognized by Council of Architecture New Delhi, Government of Maharashtra, Director of Technical Education Mumbai and Affiliated to University of Pune.
A Candidate should have passed the HSC or 10+2 or equivalent examination minimum 50 percent aggregate marks or Diploma in Engineering under 10+3 Scheme of the central and state governments and secured a minimum 50 percent aggregate marks or international baccalaureate diploma, after 10 years of schooling with 50 percent aggregate marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject or the educational qualification as stipulated in the revised norms laid down by COA and the Director of Technical Education or Government of Maharashtra, with English and Mathematics as a compulsory subjects and the compulsory Common Entrance Test: National Aptitude Test for Architecture - NATA conducted at national level.

Our college is a recognized center for NATA test. The institute shall give admission to the F.Y.B. Arch. or the admission authority as per the admission procedures lay down from time to time by the competent authority. Last year the admission was done by Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture, for more details please go through the website www.maharch.org
Some seats shall be reserved as per Government policy for various categories of students as per the norms laid down by the Directorate of Technical Education and Government. Some seats shall be reserved for Institutional quota and foreign or Person of Indian Origin - PIO or Non Resident Indian - NRI candidates as per the norms decided by admission authority.

College Fees
For courses affiliated to University of Pune, Shikshan Shulk Samiti - SSS formulated by Government of Maharashtra is the authority for determining fees. Interim and final fees, which will be declared by SSS, will be final binding on the college and the students. An undertaking in the prescribed format to this effect will have to be submitted by the students and their parents at the time of admission. Her admission will be confirmed only after the fees have been paid completely. Refer website dte.org.in.
Hostel
Hostel facility is available on first come first serve basis and some seats are reserved for Govt. Nominee. Students seeking admission to hostel will have to pay yearly hostel charges decided by the Samstha's hostel authority.
Transfer of Admission
The Application of the students who have passed the previous year from other college or other University (for 1st to 4th year) can be considered. They are advised to confirm the following rules.
1. They must have passed in all the subjects of the previous year.
2. They must obtain No Objection certificate from their previous college.
3. They have to submit Mark list, Leaving Certificate in Original if and when admission is granted to them.
4. They have to submit migration certificate in case of change of University.
5. Other certificate related to their category and other details required for the admission authority have to submit within the stipulated time.
6. Transfer admission will be given only if seats are available.
7. Please note that admission procedure will be governed by Rules and Regulations as prescribed by the Pravesh Niyantran Samittee and Director of Technical Education, and Council of Architecture.
Conduct and Discipline
1. All the University code of conduct rules is applicable to students.
2. Students while studying in the institute if found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the Provisions of Acts and Law enforced by Government will be expelled from the Institute without any notice.
3. If any of the statement made in application form or any information supplied by the candidate in connection With her admission at any time, found to be false or incorrect, such candidate will not be considered for admission. If already admitted, her admission will be cancelled, fees forfeited and she may be expelled from the Institute.
4. The students should strictly obey the instructions given by the Principal and staff from time to time.
5. The students should be regular in attendance and his attendance for the day shall marked only when she is present for all the sessions during the day.
6. The student is required to submit the assignment, failing which she shall be subjected to the disciplinary action.
7. The students should carry Identity card with her regularly and it should be produced if demanded by the authority.
8. The student should not damage any property of the college.
9. The students should avoid bringing any valuable to the institute college is not responsible for the same.
10. Academic Site visits and study tours are compulsory but the Institute shall not be held responsible for any mishap, which may occur during the tour. Undertaking shall be Compulsory signed by Parents.
11. Every year the student has to fill the admission form and undertaking while taking admission and the form is compulsory signed by the parents.
The above rules of discipline are always subject to change, modification, addition or alteration.
